Official Documentation · Luxury UI

Welcome to Tracopus

Two complementary guides: screen documentation (this site — page-by-page references including Work-Time Governance) and the Scenario User Guide (73 workflows with permissions, org flags, warnings, and QA checklists). Each screen page documents summary charts, complete feature lists, permissions tables, FAQs, and callouts.

ℹ️
Screen docs vs scenario guide
Screen docs explain what each Luxury UI page shows — charts, filters, controls. Scenario guide explains how to complete tasks step-by-step (create employee, approve timesheet, create project, etc.) including required permissions and feature flags.
💡
Search everything
Header search covers screen guides and scenario workflows — try “utilization”, “create employee”, “timesheet approval”, or “work-time governance”.

📚 Module indexes

Every screen has its own guide page with Overview, layout, filters, per-chart summary cards, complete features, permissions tables, common mistakes, FAQ, and related links.

Guide structure — key concepts

Summary strip

Collapsible KPI and chart row at the top of list screens — expand for analytics, collapse for a wider register.

SHOW / SORT / Filter

Standard Lux list header: status presets, sort order, text search, and team scope.

Per-chart cards

Each summary chart is documented with what it measures, how to read it, and when to act.

Complete features

Checklist of every button, tab, modal, and workflow on that screen.

Rich callouts

Info, tips, warnings, and FAQs on every page — read “Before you start” and “Common mistakes”.

🔀 User flows

Workflows grouped separately from screen reference. Each card links the scenario walkthrough, the screen guide, and the use case catalog.

🧭 Scenario user guide

73 workflows for testers and end users — each includes permissions, org/feature flags, warnings, role behavior notes, steps, and a verification checklist. The catalog and test plan also include the full final gap discovery register (549 use cases × GD01–GD16).

Frequently asked questions

Screen docs or scenario guide?

Screen docs (this site) describe each Luxury UI page — charts, filters, features. Scenario guide walks through completing tasks with permissions, flags, warnings, and QA checklists. Use both: scenarios for “how do I…”, screen docs for “what does this chart mean?”.

Which module should I open first?

Depends on your role: delivery staff → Project + HRMS Timesheet; managers → Project Dashboard + Team capacity; sales → Bid Requests; HR → Employees + Attendance.

Does mobile match the web app?

Yes — timesheet rules, task updates, and insights charts follow the same permissions and data as Luxury UI web. See the Mobile module index.

Where are chart types explained?

Each screen page documents its own charts. For chart-type reference (donut, funnel, etc.), see Charts Reference.

Who can change my permissions?

Your Tracopus workspace administrator — documented in Admin & Access.
