Project Dashboard

Two perspectives: My projects for personal execution and Manager overview for portfolio-level decision making.

Personal and manager-level delivery analytics with lens switching and team scope controls.

Two delivery perspectives

My execution, then the portfolio glance

Project dashboard has two perspectives: My projects for personal execution and Manager overview for portfolio-level decision making. Both read the project register — they do not keep a second portfolio table.

Projects → Dashboard Route /project/dashboard Contributor (my) · Project Manager / Executive (overview)

The job of this console

See what you are on, or switch to overview for health across the register. Drill into list, board, or a project — do not edit charts as data.

Seat at the table

Everyone with project access gets a personal slice. Overview is for managers, resource, finance, and executives as persona allows.

The working rhythm

Open dashboard, read the active perspective, follow a card into list or details, act on the project, return.

Moments that bring you here

Monday planning. An executive asking for red projects. After a new PO. Not for timesheet hours — that is People → Timesheets.

Common mistakes

⚠️
Reading KPIs without team filter
Blended org numbers hide struggling teams — scope first.
⚠️
Ignoring overdue tile
Small overdue count still blocks client milestones — drill to project list.
⚠️
Dashboard only, never taskboard
KPIs lag — taskboard shows today's actionable cards.
