Task Board

Drag-and-drop workflow board with summary visuals and card-level detail actions.

Kanban board for personal or team execution across workflow stages.

Execution board

Columns on the tasks you already own

Task board is drag-and-drop workflow with summary visuals and card-level actions. Cards are tasks (and their flow), not a Kanban database beside the register.

Projects → Task board (when in module paths) Route /project/taskboard Contributor · Project Manager

The job of this console

Move work along the flow, open a card for detail, keep the list and board in agreement because they are the same tasks.

Seat at the table

The delivery team. Executives may prefer list or dashboard.

The working rhythm

Filter the board, drag a card, open detail if the move needs a comment or assignee, confirm list status.

Moments that bring you here

Stand-up. A bottleneck column. After creating tasks on the list. When a card looks lost — search the project register.

Dragging updates the same deliverable/task. It does not fork a board-only record.

Overview

Taskboard is ideal for day-to-day progress management. It visualizes task movement through delivery stages.

Screen layout

Columns: Planned → To do → In progress → Done.
Body: Cards with status colors, metadata, and quick actions.

Header & filters

Use employee/board selectors and filter controls where available to scope the board.

Summary & charts

The Lux summary strip at the top of this screen is collapsible. Expand it to reveal KPI tiles and chart panels; collapse it for a wider register. All charts respect your active filters (SHOW preset, team scope, date range, text search).

Kanban flow analytics scoped to board filters.

Kanban columns

Workflow stages as columns — cards represent work items with assignee, priority, due date.

Drag-and-drop

Move cards across columns to update status — writes same backend as register views.

WIP load

Column card counts show stage bottlenecks — pair with Delivery funnel chart.

Card detail drawer

Open task without leaving board — checklist, comments, attachments.

Five taskboard charts

Funnel, workflow mix, billable scope, flow snapshot, top categories.

Common mistakes

⚠️
Dragging without opening card
Miss checklist updates — open drawer for substantive work logs.
⚠️
No project filter on busy board
Hundreds of cards — always filter project first.
⚠️
Stale cards in Done column
Archive or close — Done WIP inflates funnel incorrectly.
