When enabled, click Sign in with Microsoft on the login page. You are redirected to Microsoft, authenticate, grant consent if prompted, and return logged in automatically.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot my password — what now?

Use Forgot Password on the login page. If email does not arrive, check spam or contact your admin — SSO users may not use local passwords.

Why don't I see all sidebar modules?

Modules and pages are permission-gated. HRMS Employees, Sales, and Admin settings appear only when your role includes those scopes.

What's the difference between deliverable and work item?

A deliverable is a planned outcome within a project (milestone/task). Work items are granular activities underneath — where most time is logged on the timesheet.

Can I use Tracopus on my phone?

Yes — see Mobile overview. Register your device after web login via QR code for PIN or biometric access.
