Employee Dashboard

Two-tab dashboard: My dashboard for individuals and Team dashboard for managers with org-wide workforce analytics.

Personal and team analytics — attendance, utilization, task mix, and workforce demographics for managers.

Two-tab people tower

My numbers, then the team’s — still the same employees

The employee dashboard has two tabs: My dashboard for individuals and Team dashboard for managers with workforce analytics. Both read live Employee, leave, attendance, and timesheet — they do not keep a second headcount.

People → HR dashboard Route /hrms/dashboard Employee (self) · Manager / HR (team)

The job of this console

See personal time and leave posture, or switch to team analytics when you manage people. Drill into leave, timesheet, or the directory rather than treating a chart as editable.

Seat at the table

Every employee gets My dashboard. Team dashboard is for managers, HR, and executives whose persona can open it. Admin towers stay under Admin.

The working rhythm

Open People dashboard, read the active tab, follow a card into the owning register, act there, return. Managers switch tab instead of opening a different product.

Moments that bring you here

Monday personal scan. A manager preparing 1:1s. HR looking at team leave load. Not for payroll totals — that is Payroll and Finance.

Overview

HRMS → Dashboard is the default landing for many HRMS users. Individual contributors see personal utilization; managers with team-switch permission see a second tab with headcount, churn, and demographic charts.

Common mistakes

⚠️
Using Team tab without scope
Managers view blended company-wide data and draw wrong conclusions — always narrow the team scope bar first.
⚠️
Ignoring non-billable hours
A healthy billable ratio still requires tracking internal and training time; zero non-billable entries often indicate under-reporting.
⚠️
Checking dashboard once a month
Utilization and task mix are weekly signals — review Monday or after timesheet submission deadlines.

FAQ

Why can't I see the Team tab?

Your account lacks manager permissions or has no direct/indirect reports in Tracopus org structure.

Do dashboard charts respect filters?

Team tab charts follow team scope; My tab is always personal data regardless of global header search.

Can I export dashboard data?

Export lives on underlying registers (Timesheet, Employees) — dashboard is read-only analytics.

What utilization target should I aim for?

Org-specific — check with your delivery lead. The donut shows actuals; policy targets may appear as reference markers.

Workflows

Review your week
Open My dashboard → check This week at a glance donut → open Timesheet if billable ratio is low.
Manager health check
Team dashboard → set team scope → scan joins/exits area and headcount trend.

Tips & best practices

Tip: Target ~80%+ billable on the utilization donut if your org policy requires it. Leave & holidays list helps plan around public holidays.
