Bid register

Pipeline that can become a purchase order

Bid requests is the full bid register with filters, SHOW/SORT, funnel, and analytics. A won bid still needs a purchase order before delivery projects should start.

Finance → Bid requests Route /sales/bidrequests Finance Manager · Admin

The job of this console

Intake and progress bids, read the funnel, open details, and spawn or link a PO when won. Do not treat a green funnel segment as booked revenue.

Seat at the table

Commercial/finance operators. Delivery people wait for the PO and project.

The working rhythm

Filter, open a bid, update status, on win create or link a PO, then confirm a project only from that contract path.

Moments that bring you here

New RFP. Stage movement. Lost reason. After import. When a PM asks for a project and there is no PO.

ⓘ
Bid is not a PO
PurchaseOrder is the contract. BidRequest is pursuit. Analytics here are of bids.
