What you must finish, on your Employee file

My learning lists courses assigned to you. Completing them writes completion on that assignment — not a private badge wall.

The job of this console

Open due items, finish the course, confirm complete. Ask HR if an assignment looks wrong.

Seat at the table

Employees and others who receive assignments. HR still owns the catalog and assignment console.

The working rhythm

Open queue, complete, stop when overdue is empty.

Moments that bring you here

Compliance deadline. New hire curriculum. A manager nudge. After a course update.

ⓘ
Assignment is the work
Catalog items without assignment may not appear. Completions feed compliance reports.

Overview

My learning is the employee queue. Catalog authoring is Courses. HR assignments create the rows you see.

How to use

1. Assigned only
You cannot invent a completion without an assignment if the LMS requires it.
2. Due dates
Compliance views will flag overdue.
3. Not timesheet
Training hours still follow timesheet policy if billable.
