The job of this console
Register devices, check service health, adjust company chrome and localization, and understand which schedulers are running. Deep org lists still belong in Application Config; flags still belong on Feature flags.
Lux settings hub for admins: device registration, cron schedulers, service health, company info, localization, notifications.
Access-controlled workspace settings — mobile devices, schedulers, health, company info, localization, notifications.
Ops settings hub
Settings is the lux ops hub: device registration, cron schedulers, service health, company info, localization, and notifications at the organization layer — adjacent to Admin, not a second Application Config.

Open the hub, pick the pane you need, save, then verify in the product (login language, notification receipt, job last-run).

/hrms/settings (access-controlled) — admin-only configuration not tied to a single employee profile.
Layout: Lux section cards in vertical stack.
Sections: Mobile device registration · Schedulers · Service health · Company information · Localization · Notification preferences.
No list filters. Each section is a self-contained form panel. Access requires admin/settings permission. When an integration or server is down, the header live-dot turns red — click it to see which services failed, then open Service health. Server status rows can be deleted with a second click to confirm.
Service health may show status indicators; schedulers list cron jobs with enable/disable toggles.
Configure org-wide defaults: company branding info, locale formats, notification routing, registered mobile devices.
Every control, panel, and workflow on this screen.
Every Tracopus user configuring personal preferences that apply across HRMS and linked modules — locale, notifications, and timesheet defaults. Not for org-wide admin (see Admin guide).
Language, timezone, date format — drives how timesheet weeks and invoice periods render for you.
Per-event email and push toggles overriding system defaults.
Preferred entry type and week-start preference where configurable.
Personal API keys or connected apps when enabled by org.
App palette may follow org default; guide site has separate palette switcher.
