Admin Dashboard

Control-tower view of audit activity, access health, compliance readiness, and flag adoption for administrators.

Control tower

Health of the org, not a second analytics product

The admin dashboard is a control-tower slice of audit activity, access health, compliance readiness, and flag adoption. Charts here are composed from the same events and flags the other consoles already own.

The job of this console

See whether governance is drifting — failed jobs, pending access, stale flags, thin audit coverage — then jump into the owning console. This page does not approve leave, edit roles, or toggle flags; it points.

Seat at the table

Administrators whose persona can open Admin. Managers use People and Workspace dashboards instead. Finance and project personas stay on their own towers.

The working rhythm

Open the tower, read the insight strip, drill a card into audit, flags, or jobs, act there, then return to confirm the signal cleared. Refresh when you have just published a flag or retention hold.

Moments that bring you here

Monday ops scan. After enabling a high-risk flag. When compliance asks if the org is ready for an evidence pack. After a job failure email. Not for workforce headcount — that lives on the People dashboard.

Overview

The Admin Dashboard aggregates operational signals — it does not replace module-specific registers. Use it to decide where to dig next.

How to use

1. Confirm access
Requires admin insights / dashboard flags and an admin persona.
2. Refresh after changes
After enabling flags or resolving access requests, refresh the snapshot.
3. Link out for action
Charts inform; actual remediation happens on audit, roles, or app config pages.
